Stole soft drink and Haagen-Daaz ice cream worth £15 on April 19, meat produce worth £150 on April 21 and meat and dairy produce worth £55 on April 22 from T J’s Late Stop in Hemel Hempstead during operational period of suspended sentence for theft. Sent to prison for 30 weeks.

Eugen Gondos, 54, Sherwood Place, Hemel Hempstead. Kept a vehicle without insurance in Hemel Hempstead on April 9. Fined £50, £50 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Thomas Lee Bennett, 26, Three Blackbirds public house, St Johns Road, Hemel Hempstead. Drove without a licence or insurance in Leighton Buzzard Road, Hemel Hempstead, and then failed to provide a breath to provide a breath specimen to police in Watford on June 17. Fined £1,050, £85 costs, £45 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 42 months.

Kevin James Enright, 51, Manly Road, Hemel Hempstead. Two counts of threatening behaviour in Hemel Hempstead on January 13. Sent to prison for 22 weeks because of repeat offence against same person, lack of remorse, deliberate threats to kill and unwilling to address issues, and put on restraining order not to attend Indian restaurant in Hemel Hempstead.

Michael Cash, Redbourn by-pass, Redbourn. Used unlicensed large goods vehicle on the A41 Western Avenue in Watford on March 26. Fined £600, £90 costs and £207.50 vehicle excise back duty.

Matthew Gordon Goodman, High Street, Tring. Failed to return vehicle licence after paying for it with a cheque that was subsequently dishonoured in Tring on January 4. Fined £200, £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £35.

Courtneay Grimes, 33, Marnham Rise, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to return vehicle licence after paying for it with a cheque that was subsequently dishonoured in Hemel Hempstead on December 17. Fined £400, £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £110.

Adrian Nuca, Cuffley Court, Hemel Hempstead. Kept an unlicensed car in Cuffley Court, Hemel Hempstead, on March 6. Fined £200, £90 costs and ordered to pay £35 vehicle excise back duty.

Michael Neil Caulfield, 32, Stornoway, Hemel Hempstead. Stole two joints of meat worth £26.15 from Asda in Hatfield and racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Hatfield on June 12. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £70 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Erol Taskiran, 51, Parkfield, Markyate. Stole a bottle of wine worth £7 from marks & Spencer, St Albans, on June 12. Conditional discharge for six months, £85 costs, £15 victim surcharge and £7 compensation.

Danny Peter Haslam, 23, Midland Road, Hemel Hempstead. Assault by beating in Hemel Hempstead on June 10. Fined £265, ££85 costs and £26 victim surcharge.

Craig Sefton, 25, Summerhouse Way, Abbots Langley. Kept a vehicle without insurance in Abbots Langley on December 11. Fined £150, £110 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Eleanor Lucy Hunt, 24, Tresco Road, Berkhamsted. Stole a Next jacket from Next in Luton on March 24. Fined £73, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Simon Meyer, 48, Beechwood Drive, Aldbury. Driving at 71mph - 11mph above the speed limit for his vehicle - on on the M1 in Bedfordshire on December 9. Fined £135, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Naseem Raza, Pulleys Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Driving while using a mobile phone on the M25 in Rickmansworth on December 9. Fined £100, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Joan Lynn Schneider, 47, Kindersley Way, Abbots Langley. Driving at 36mph in 30mph limit on the westbound A412 in Croxley Green on December 11. Fined £345, £85 costs, £35 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Mark Ian Southwood, 51, East Flint, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 64mph in a 50mph limit in Stanbridge on December 8. Fined £115, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Robert Thorne, 58, Beechfield Road, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 72mph - 12mph above the speed limit for his vehicle - on the M1 between Junctions 10 and 11 in Bedfordshire on December 7. Fined £100, £20 surcharge and three points on licence.

Roger Allan M Reuss, 76, Oriole Close, Abbots Langley. Speeding in 30mph limit on eastbound A412 Scots Hill in Rickmansworth on December 20. Fined £100, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Lewis Kevin Howells, 20, Pond Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of a bag of cannabis in Kings Langley on May 2. Fined £73, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Leon MacPherson, 35, Curtis Way, Tring. Caused about £100 worth of damage to a police non-emergency telephone in Hemel Hempstead on May 31. Conditional discharge for six months, £40 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Joshua William Blake, 23, Stratford Way, Hemel Hempstead. Assault by beating, assaulted a police officer and a special constable and destroyed a pair of glasses in St Albans on March 2. Must complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months, £610 compensation, £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge.
