Man punched in face at bus stop

A young man was punched in the face while he sat at a bus stop after a night out.

At around 4.20am on April 9, the victim – a man in his 20s – was sitting at the bus stop outside Mode nightclub in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, when he was approached by an offender who allegedly punched him in the face.

The victim sustained injury to his eye.

Following the incident, police are now appealing for witnesses and information.

Detective Constable Andy Roseblade said: “I would appeal to anyone who was in the area of the bus stop at the time of the offence to please contact me if they have any information which could assist my investigation.”
