A man has been charged with dangerous driving and drink driving offences after a car crashed into a house.
Police were called at 1.05am on Saturday (July 11) to the junction between Bulbourne Road and Icknield Way in Tring after the dark blue BMW hit the front of a house in New Mill.
The area was taped off while structural engineers assessed the damage before the car was removed at around 9.30am.
Kevin Faller, of Woodlands Close, Tring, has been charged with dangerous driving and drink driving offences.
Faller has been bailed until August 18, when he will appear at Central West Herts Magistrates Court.
The new-build homes, which were built by Tring Team Parish on the site of the former New Mill Social Centre, have only recently been occupied.
