WIN a year's membership of snow centre
The ski season might be over in the Alps, but it's only just getting started in Hemel Hempstead.
A new 23million indoor skiing and boarding centre with real snow slopes is set to open in the town next month.
And to celebrate its grand launch on May 6, The Snow Centre is offering Gazette readers the chance to win two fantastic winter sports prizes.
Two lucky ski or board bums will each bag a year's free membership to the new state-of-the-art facility off St Albans Hill, entitling them to reduced entry fees and an avalanche of other benefits.
The winners will also both receive five lift passes for free sessions at The Snow Centre, which boasts two runs - a 160m main slope and a 100m learners' slope - covered by 2,000 to 2,500 tonnes of real white stuff.
And, as if that wasn't enough, the two prizes will also include a free ski or snowboard lesson to suit any level of ability.
