Uni joins £22m dementia drive

Researchers at the University of Hertfordshire are leading two of a raft of new government-funded projects to boost dementia diagnosis rates and trial ground-breaking treatments, as well as helping people with dementia make the most of life if they are affected by the condition.

The projects, led by Dr Frances Bunn and Dr Daksha Trivedi of the university’s Centre for Research into Primary and Community Care, are part of a £22 million investment into dementia research.
