editorial image

Thieves raided a garden shed taking two valuable black and white Trek Fuel men’s mountain bikes.

Crooks got into the shed at a house in Church Street, Hemel Hempstead, between 7.30am on Friday, August 31 and 6.30pm on Monday, September 3.

Andy Reynolds, Neighbourhood Watch watch liaison officer, said: “Modern pedal cycles can be valuable items of property and do get stolen from gardens, sheds and garages across Dacorum, more often than not, at night.

“Please check that yours are fully insured and in secure storage at night.”

Anyone with any information about the bike thefts can contact Herts Constabulary using the 101 non-emergency phone number, or call Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
