So who’s the poo bag thief?

A dog poo bag thief could be on the loose in a village near Ashridge.

Little Gaddesden Parish Council agreed to place an order for hundreds more of the bags during a meeting on Monday night.

Clerk Fiona McWilliams said: “I think someone helps themselves to large chunks of the bags. They come in packs of 800 and that’s the second pack of 800 we have had this year.”

The new pack of the bags will cost the council £37.75.
