If you want sell your home, a website could stop your neighbours from finding out.

Hidden-homes.com has just been piloted in Berkhamsted and will now be rolled out nationally by owner Jan Foo, who works at the town’s Find and Country estate agents.

Buyers pay £95 to register on it to be sent homes that best meet their requirements.

One or two per cent all sale prices goes to the website if a deal is done.
