Rachel Handley difference to the lives of many people in the Bennetts End area.
Tony Bolt explained why Rachel deserves the community's pride, he said: "Rachel has run the Elevenses not-for-profit cafe in Bennetts End Community Centre for 18 months and it has a truly wonderful atmosphere.
"A number of the regulars are senior citizens, some of whom have lost partners over the years and have been lonely.
"Having breakfast and/or lunch at Elevenses takes the loneliness away from their lives and Rachel finds the time to talk to them and new visitors alike, despite the cafe getting very busy.
"Elevenses works for people because of Rachel alone. Despite being a wife and mother herself, her commitment and professionalism towards the cafe is second to none.
"People's Pride is an opportunity for diners, residents, committee members, hirers and me to say simply 'thanks' to Rachel for putting a smile in the lives of truly many people in a cafe in Bennetts End Community Centre through a warm, caring and effervescent personality."
