Police close country lane after car flips onto its side

Police closed a country lane this morning after a car flipped onto its side and slid up a grass verge.

The grey Astra ran into difficulty while travelling down Cupid Green Lane in Hemel Hempstead just after 8.20am.

Some surrounding roads were closed off by police and firefighters were called – but the driver had already climbed out by the time they got there.
