Thousands turned out in the rain on Sunday for the Old Town Halloween street party.
Revellers got dressed up and enjoyed the spooky goings on in Hemel Hempstead from 4pm to 8pm.
The fun is put on by Dacorum Borough Council in partnership with Community Action Dacorum.
Council town centre support officer Helen Lawrence said: “The Halloween party was once again a spooky success for the children of Dacorum.”
