Michelle rakes in funds with half-marathon feat
Michelle Noble did a half-marathon in memory of her boyfriend Dan Edmonds.
A woman running a half-marathon in memory of her boyfriend was joined by one of his pals for the feat.
Michelle Noble, 28, decided to take on Sunday’s Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon to raise cash for the hospital that cared for 26-year-old Abbots Langley firefighter Dan Edmonds after he collapsed during his first full contact kickboxing bout in October 2009.
The accounts assistant was joined by Kev Everard who got in touch after spotting Michelle’s online donation page to say he was signed up to run with friend Chris Livemore.
Michelle, of Berkhamsted, said: “They were amazing and kept me motivated.”
She has raised more than £1,000 for The National Brain Appeal, which raises funds for The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London. You can still sponsor Michelle at www.justgiving.com/Michelle-Noble
