Mayor’s fun day is a boon for hospice

A special fun day for all the family is to be held in aid of charity.

The Mayor’s Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday, September 8, raising money for the Mayor’s chosen charity Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Care.

Running from noon to 5pm on the Piaza at the Civic Centre in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, there will be performances from the Revelation Majorettes, a Wing Tsun martial arts display and a Hoots R Us owl display.

There will also be a Herts Fire and Rescue chip pan display, punch and judy show, children’s rides, stalls and refreshments.
