Land Rover overturns on A41

A man escaped with cuts and bruises when his Land Rover overturned on the A41.

The driver, whose vehicle was pulling a trailer, lost control for reasons unknown on Sunday (June 28) at around 11.30am.

It happened between the Tring and Berkhamsted exits on the bypass.

The motorist managed to climb out of a window before firefighters arrived on the scene.

One lane of the road was closed while emergency services worked to remove the vehicle.

The road was re-opened after around 15 minutes.
