I've been finding it hard to get on the computer this week.
Rich seems to be obsessed with being on here.
He was on here for eight hours trying to find Bulldog figures for his collection. I think it's taking his mind off eating stuff that's bad for him.
That's good I guess.
Weigh-in was a bit stressful this week.
I had been nervous all week, I hadn't done anything bad, I was just a bit paranoid though.
Turns out I was right to be worried, I hadn't lost any weight, I stayed the same.
Richie lost another 5lb! I don't understand why, we've eaten exactly the same things.
It's really hard, I'm so pleased for him but I can't help feeling a little bit jealous.
I so want to do well, not just for me but for Shelby too.
I've tried to make loads of excuses like 'I've done loads of exercise this week' but the bottom line is, I haven't lost any more weight!
People have been really supportive, I do realise that I'm not going to lose every week but it doesn't make it any easier when I don't.
The people that we've met at Slimming World have been great.
There is no substitute for having people around you that know what you're going through.
Sometimes I think that I'm not very good at dieting but they keep me motivated so I'd like to thank them all!
This weeks fantastic weight loss is for all of you!
So that's it for now.
I'm going to double my efforts this week so that I have something good to report next week.
