A scheme that gives out food hampers to people facing financial troubles has released its latest wish list for donations.

Current demand means the Dacorum Foodbank is giving out double the amount of food that it is receiving so support is much needed.

Items on the shopping list include tinned rice pudding, vegetables, cold meat and tomatoes, fruit juice, chocolate, cereal bars, snack bars and bags of sugar.

On Wednesday, July 18, the charity is hosting a coffee morning at its base in The Hub, Paradise Depot, Hemel Hempstead from 10.30am to midday.
