Businesses urged to bid for fundraising auction’s star lots

Businesses are being urged to get their bids in early for a fundraising auction next week which will help support the vital work of two community organisations.

The auction will be one of the highlights of the annual Connect Dacorum/Dacorum Community Trust Christmas lunch at Tring’s Pendley Manor Hotel.

Lots include a golf party with food for a dozen people at Shendish Manor, a group ski lesson at the Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre, a day-long meeting for eight at Pendley Manor, four VIP tickets to a Watford FC home game, an exclusive commemorative front page from the Gazette, an outside broadcast from the Radio Dacorum team and sports facilities for a corporate event at Hemel Stags’ Pennine Way all-weather sports surface.

There are still place left for the Pendley event next Friday, December 7 but if you can’t get there you can still place a bid.
