Gina Milsom, 37, of Londrina Terrace, Berkhamsted. Application to amend the requirements of a community order made by Brighton Magistrates Court on February 4, 2015 by revoking the drink impaired driver’s programme requirement on the ground that he has now found work which would interfere with the programme. On June 21 at Berkhamsted sent by means of public electronic communications network a message which you knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Between April 2, 2011 and September 18, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £151.17. Community order made. The defendant must comply with the following requirements by July 9, 2016.
