‘Help us catch drivers who park poorly,’ says Little Gaddesden Parish Council

Village leaders are asking the public to send them photos of drivers parked poorly outside of a village pub.

Virginia Westmacott, from Hudnall, told a meeting of Little Gaddesden Parish Council that parking outside of The Bridgewater Arms is ‘still dreadful’ with cars parked ‘all over the pavement’.

Councillor Omer Kutluoglu said he had snapped a car parked in the middle of the walkway while strolling past the Little Gaddesden pub.

The council is now asking members of the public to take photos of the poorly parked cars with their mobile phones and email them to parishclerk@littlegaddesden-parishcouncil.org.uk

During the Monday meeting, clerk Fiona McWilliams said: “We will report them to the police one by one.”
