New salon in Hemel Hempstead

Lacey Brown is aiming to build her new hair and beauty business over the next year.

Miss Brown, 25, pictured second left with her team, runs Lacey Brown Hair and Beauty in High Street, Hemel Hempstead.

She branched out on her own after nine years with her previous employer and has her sights set on building the business, including employing more staff and getting involved in local charity shows.
