Workplace provider Regus – the global firm which offers flexible office facilities at the former BP headquarters on the edge of Hemel Hempstead – doesn’t want to keep a special offer under its hat.
The firm is supporting Woolly Hat Day this Friday in aid of St Mungo’s, the charity which helps thousands of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness each year.
St Mungo’s provides housing, health and work projects across London and the South East.
Regus has committed to raise funds for the good cause and is also offering a free Business Lounge one-day pass to anyone who visits the Breakspear Park centre sporting a hat on Friday.
Regus UK chief executive John Spencer said: “Woolly Hat Day is a fantastic fundraising event which raises vital funds to support people who do not have a roof over their head.
“We’re hoping that other local workplaces as well as schools and individuals will be joining us in wearing woolly or other fun hats on the day.”
You can make a donation Breakspear Park or support the cause online at www.justgiving.com/RegusUKcentres or. You can also text HATS77 and the amount (e.g. HATS77 £2) to 70070.
