All the fun of the fair was had in Aldbury as the village celebrated another successful May Day festival.
It is estimated £10,000 was made in total for a variety of local groups.
There was fun to be had for all the family, from traditional May Pole dancing, crowning of the May Queen, Georgia Carr, and morris dancing,
Alongisde the more traditional activities there was also a laser arena, climbing wall, fairground rides and, for the first time in the village, go-karting.
Friends of Aldbury School committee member Claire Kennedy, who helped run the event, said: “It went really well. We had a good turnout and great feedback from our stallholders. We look forward to next year.”
