Children attending for physiotherapy at Stony Stratford Health Centre can now enjoy a recently painted Spiderman mural, thanks to Luton artist Aimi Rix.

Aimi painted the mural to brighten up the waiting room of the children’s physiotherapy department, which her neice, Maisie Hughes, attends.

The spiderman depicted has a prosthetic leg, to normalise disabilities for children using the service.

Staff, patients and their families have been delighted with the colourful addition to the department and are hoping to raise funds to get Aimi back to complete some more of her murals on the walls of the gymnasium and along the corridor.
