THE new £25million performing arts venue for Hemel Hempstead will be run by a private company.
A meeting of Dacorum Borough Council's cabinet decided a commercial operator would be the best way to run the venue, which is due to open in 2012.

Three national companies have expressed an interest and one will be chosen by the autumn.

The venue is designed to replace the Pavilion, which was demolished in 2002.
