Man arrested over deathbed fraud

A man from Hemel Hempstead has been arrested after a dying pensioner's bank card details were used while she was in hospital.
The 36 year old was arrested on suspicion of fraud and will answer police bail on October 16.

Rose Donnelly's bank details were used online while she was in Hemel Hempstead Hospital after a heart attack.

The 82 year old's family discovered the purchases, worth hundreds of pounds, on her Barclay's bank statement after she died in June.
