Concern is growing for the welfare of a 38-year-old Hemel Hempstead woman who went missing from her home.
Carol Gilroy disappeared on July 8.

On Monday (July 21), police said they thought she could be in North West London, possibly Brent.

Carol is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall with a large build, curly shoulder-length brown hair and a tanned complexion.

She was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, a Gap hooded jumper, navy Adidas tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.
