Fitness trainer Lewis Sones is the man behind Miss Hertfordshire's award-winning bikini body.
Since being crowned with her title in May, Laura Nuttal, from Buntingford, has been training in Warners End at his newly launched Fitness Professionals Gym, which he launched with business partner Dave Scarborough.

Model manager Jadene Bircham is also working with 18-year-old Laura to help her win the Miss England final this Friday, (July 18) and modelling jobs in the future.

Jadene, the 32-year-old wife of Yeovil footballer Marc Bircham, judged the Miss Hertfordshire competition and snapped up Laura for her model bookings after she won.

The first thing Jadene, a former model, did was book Laura in the gym, in Stoneycroft Shopping arcade, for training on the Vibrogym to tone her 30-27-34 figure and it paid off.

Jadene said: "Lewis said he would train her for no charge so we took the opportunity. He is a good friend and trainer. I lost four stone of baby weight using the Vibrogym since January."

Just four weeks into her training with Lewis, Laura won the bikini body section of Miss England by outshining the 49 other hopefuls in a bikini shoot for Hello Magazine.

He prize was being fast tracked to the final 20 of Miss England and being a model for Miss England sponsor Aguaclara Swimwear in its September fashion show.

Lewis said: "Laura has had eight one-hour sessions with me and she has dropped a dress size and completely transformed her body. I think she has a really good chance of winning."

The Miss England finals, taking place at Troxy, in London Docklands, will see 50 regional heat winners compete for the national title in the two day event and the winner will represent England in the finals of Miss World in the Ukraine.
