A scrap dealer in Kings Langley was raided by police as part of a countywide crackdown on metal thefts.
Raids took place across the Hertfordshire resulting in three arrests, the seizure of three vehicles and the discovery of a number of other offences.

Det Con Stephen Boyce said: "Metal theft has been a priority in Hertfordshire for some time.
"Although the numbers involved are low, as with other police forces across the country we have seen a slight increase in incidents."

The raids took place over two days at ASM Metal Recycling in Kings Langley, FMS Recovery in Watford, Robert Gibbs Contracting Ltd in Hoddesdon and Enfield Metals Co Ltd in Crews Hill.
