The state of our environment is certainly making the headlines. I don't know about you though, but all the hype about carbon foot printing, recycling and environmental toxins makes me feel slightly confused, a bit bored and very guilty!
Over the next year, I will share with you my mission to 'go green'. Each month, I will put to the test the latest eco-products and lifestyle ideas, and report back on my findings.
This month I will attempt to buy only locally produced food and drink… so, watch this space to find out how easy it is to fill your cupboards with local foods and, of course, the dent it could make in your wallet! Wish me luck!
