The award-winning Aylesbury Music Centre Big Band will be coming to Tring to join the festival celebrations with a concert featuring international celebrity soloists.

The evening at The Court Theatre, on Sunday, June 22, will feature jazz stars Andy Sheppard, on saxophone, and Claude Deppa, on trumpet with the band.

Jazz saxophonist Andy Sheppard is a successful recording artist, band leader and composer, who has played with Carla Bley, George Russell and Gil Evans. He has been awarded several prizes at the British Jazz Awards.

He will be joined by the fiery South African trumpeter and composer Claude Deppa, pictured above, who has performed and recorded with the likes of Art Blakey, Dudu Pukwana and The Jazz Jamaica All Stars.

Tickets are available from the box office on 01442 823130.
