This week seems to have been quite easy for Richie, he has so much more willpower than I do!
He used to be a complete chocolate and sweetie addict but even though we're allowed a certain amount of 'syns' each day, he hasn't touched them at all.

I, however, have been craving this kind of stuff even though when I'm not dieting I never bothe
r with it.

I guess it's the forbidden fruit syndrome.

I've been good though and I haven't given in to it.

We went to Watford on Saturday and we were both absolutely starving. Everywhere we looked there was food!

Mcdonalds, Burger King, chicken shops. You name it, it was there taunting us, enticing us in.

We even went past Greggs the bakers then had a 10 minute conversation about what we would have from there if we were allowed. How sad.

Our personal trainer, Brenda Stroud from Fit for Life, came again on Tuesday, she got me doing quite a bit more than last week and afterwards I felt loads better (until the aching muscles started!)

Rich can't really do much with her as he's under the doctor with some kind of nerve damage to his neck.

Brenda's great, she's really supportive and encouraging.

She's doing just as much to help Shelby as we are by helping us to lose this weight.

Well, it was weigh-in time again last night and we were both quite worried because we'd had a drink last Friday.

We have been really good though for the rest of the week and yes, it did show on the scales.

I lost another 4lbs and Richie lost 6lbs.

So far that brings our losses to 12lb for me and an incredible 1 stone 4lbs in four weeks for Richie.

Wish us luck for next week. Bye for now.
