I've been a bit poorly this week.

I've only just felt well enough to get on the computer and write my blog, so here goes.
Richie went back to work last week after nearly seven weeks off!

He thought that as he'd been doing more exercise that he would have a good weight loss, so he was really disappointed when he'd only lost a pound.

I say 'only' but that brings h
is weight loss up to 1st 10lb in just seven weeks, so he can't really grumble.

We think it may be because his body was toning up with the extra exercise and obviously muscle weighs more than fat.

Also, his eating pattern is different at work than at home.

We'll see what happens this week at weigh-in and then we'll have a better idea.

I, however, thought that I hadn't done so well but I lost 5lb!

I'd had a few naughty things at the weekend what with it being Mother's Day but I felt so guilty, I was extra good the rest of the week and it paid off.

So, between the two of us, that's 2st 13lb we've lost so far. Not bad eh?

As I've been feeling a bit off colour this week I have had a few things that maybe I shouldn't have but you know how it is, when you're poorly you want something comforting to eat.

We'll have to wait untill Thursday to see what damage I've done!

All being well I'll have good things to report after weigh-in.
