Rotary Club of Hemel Hempstead
Location:Members meet weekly at the Holiday Inn, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead.
What it does:
The club comprises of professional men and women who give their time to help with activities within the local and international communities.
Who it helps:
Hemel Rotarians arrange events for the town's young people, such as Youth Speaks, work as volunteer drivers for local blind people, and more. They fundraise for the most needy members of the community and reach out to vulnerable people and victims of disaster across the world.

The club has dozens of members who meet weekly in addition to their voluntary pursuits.
Rotary International is the world's largest service organisation for business and professional people, with 1.2 million members in more than 150 countries world-wide.
Hemel Hempstead Rotary Club was chartered on 10th October, 1934, under the aegis of the Rotary Club of St Albans.
It was Hemel Rotarians who set up Community Action Dacorum (formerly DCVS) in its original form.
