A world leader in the field of corporate social responsibility is due to speak at a Christmas lunch in Dacorum.

UNICEF vice president Lord Hastings of Scarisbrick CBE, the global head of corporate citizenship at accountancy firm KPMG, is set to be the guest speaker at the Connect Dacorum and Dacorum Community Trust’s Christmas Celebration Lunch on Friday, December 7.

The annual shindig, this year held at Pendley Manor Hotel, in Cow Lane, Tring, will also see certificates of appreciation handed out to companies that made a commitment to the the local community.

Appreciation plaques will be signed by Mayor of Dacorum Herbert Chapman and presented by Mike Penning MP for Hemel Hempstead and David Gauke MP for South West Herts.
