Church to host daily food bank

The Tring Team Parish is setting up a branch of the Dacorum Food Bank at the Church of St Peter and St Paul in Church Yard.

Church leaders are recruiting volunteers for the food collection and distribution point.

It will start with a six month trial and will be open from 10am to 12pm on weekdays.

Rev Huw Bellis said: “Evidence suggests that life is getting much harder for the poorer members of our communities. We already know that people from Tring use the Dacorum Food Banks.”
