Judith Lowther welcomed members and three visitors to our April meeting and read two amusing poems to us.

Our speaker this month was Beryl Hulbert who gave us an illustrated talk on her travels in sunny South Africa. Her slides were excellent with delightful shots of lions, elephant and colourful birds.

A vote of thanks was given by Janet Mitchell.

Next month on May 2 is our resolutions meeting at the Court House, Berkhamsted at 2pm. We welcome new members and visitors.
