A therapist has offered her services free of charge to unemployed workers.
Sue Franklin, 52, runs an award-winning Journey Therapy business in Hemel Hempstead.

Ms Franklin, of Knights Orchard, said: "Losing a job, or even the threat of it, can cause great stress, anger, powerlessness or anxiety.

"This therapy addresses the psychological and emotional aspects of dealing with unemployment."

Ms Franklin will be offering free-of-charge therapy sessions for a number of weeks.

"This is designed for unemployed people in the area," she said.

"However anyone who is working but is in debt would qualify to attend free-of-charge too."

For more details see www.journey-therapy.co.uk or call 01442 213152.

Venue and course details will be sent to those who express an interest.
