By the end of 1952 four factories had been completed on the new Maylands Avenue - a plant for London Ferro Concrete who made pre-formed concrete sections needed for the construction of more new factories, Rolls Razor who manufactured electric razors and who made office machinery and moved from Cricklewood, as well as the Alford and Alder complex.

Addressograph employed over 800 people
