Jets down Green as missed chances prove costly
Levy started the match well, with Mark Woolley having a shot turned round the post inside 40 seconds, and from the resulting corner Woolley had a glancing header, but not enough to divert it into the net.
However, in the fifth minute a shot from Eoin Casey caused a problem for Green keeper David Bailey, who couldn’t hold on to the ball. As it spun away from him, Bailey chased after the ball with Casey, who went down, and the referee awarded a penalty.

Four minutes later things were levelled up as the referee awarded Leverstock a penalty for handball. Liam Hind was equally accurate from the spot to net the equaliser.
Leverstock should have gone in front in the 27th minute when a great pass from Luke Preedy put Callum Wright clear of the defence, but Wright’s shot was saved by visiting keeper Will Baker.
Instead they fell behind again in the 31st minute when Oxhey were awarded a free-kick outside the box.
