Greenacres Tavern has plenty to celebrate at the weekend as they added their name to the BSFL history books with a thumping 6-1 win over Landrovers in the final of the Intermadiate Cup.

Shaun Stevens was the hat-trick hero for a rampant Greenacres side, with Lee Puddephatt (2) and Shaun Booth also on target to seal a convincing win.

In league action, meanwhile, BSFL Premier Division side Doves United had Chad Pinching, Conor Deadman and Ryan Charles to thank for a 3-1 win at Comets Sports Club, while Reece Cameron and Alex Gilbert got the goals for Everett Rovers in their 2-0 victory at AFC Boars.

Greenacres II were the big winners in BSFL Division One, thumping Echoes 7-0 with strikes from Matt Durrant (3), Callum Jones (2), Will O’Brien and Ray Wood.

FC Jubilee edged past Jam United 3-2 with goals from Scott Carrington, Lee Simper and Ben Hedland, while Potten End Sunday and Apsley Athletic shared a 2-2 draw.

Efforts from Dom Banks, Dexter Franklin-Beck and Lewis Taylor did the damage for BSFL Division Two side Robin Hood as they beat Berko Tornadoes Reserves 3-2, with the other game in the division ending in a 1-1 draw between Berko Athletic Reserves and Hemel Tudors.

BSFL Division Three saw Boxmoor run riot in a 7-2 thrashing of Greenacres II Reserves as Haydn Cassidy notched a hat-trick, with Rhys Cassidy (2), Paul Bryson and Tom Shaw also netting.

A Rob Jackson treble and a strike from Ben Judge earned Ollys Athletic a 4-0 win at The Midland, while Brad Turner, John Walker, Callum Hurley and John Baxter were the marksmen for AFC Saints in a 4-1 victory over Victoria United.

Hemel Harriers and Leather Bottle couldn’t be separated as they shared a 0-0 stalemate.
