Body of man found in canal
The body of a man has been discovered in the canal near Berkhamsted this afternoon (Wednesday, March 16).
Police were called shortly after 3pm after the man, thought to be in his mid-forties, was discovered by a member of the public in the canal near Bullbeggars Lane.
A spokesman for Herts Police says the death is being treated as non-suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
